What is ZUGFeRD?

ZUGFeRD (Zentraler User Guide des Forums für elektronische Rechnungen Deutschland) is a German standard for electronic invoicing. It allows you to embed invoice data in a machine-readable format within PDF files.

What is XRechnung?

XRechnung is the German standard for electronic invoicing in public procurement. It's based on EN 16931 and used for invoicing to public sector customers in Germany.

What does GoBD-oriented mean?

GoBD (Grundsätze zur ordnungsmäßigen Führung und Aufbewahrung von Büchern, Aufzeichnungen und Unterlagen in elektronischer Form sowie zum Datenzugriff) are German guidelines for proper record-keeping and data access.

How does the offline functionality work?

AGYNAMIX Invoicer is designed as an offline-first application. In standalone mode, application data is stored locally and invoices can be created without an internet connection. In client-server mode, central data is stored on your self-hosted server on your own network. External services—such as email delivery, externally hosted S3, or remote AI endpoints—are used only when you deliberately configure or trigger them.

Is there a subscription fee?

No, AGYNAMIX Invoicer uses a one-time purchase model with a perpetual license. One year of updates is included; afterward, the last version you received remains usable. Further updates are available through an optional Update Pass.
